Security at PerigonAI

Clients trust PerigonAI with commercially sensitive location, sales and portfolio data. This page describes in general terms how that data is protected. Contractual detail comes from your account lead.

Encryption

All traffic to and from PerigonAI is encrypted in transit. Client data is encrypted at rest.

Separation

Each client's data is kept separate from every other client's. Clients with stricter requirements can be served from a dedicated, isolated deployment.

Access control

Access is per user, with roles that limit what each user can see and do. Production access inside PerigonAI is restricted to the engineers who operate the platform.

Backups

Client data is backed up automatically and the backups are retained.

Reporting a vulnerability

Email info@perigonai.com with "Security" in the subject. We acknowledge every report and keep you informed while it is fixed. Please do not access or change data that is not yours, and allow reasonable time for a fix before disclosing the issue. The same contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
